EurOMA 2019 is a reputable conference bringing together nearly 600 academics and practitioners from around the world who have a common interest in the continuing development of Operations Management. Participants at the conference share their ideas, knowledge, and experience.

In 2019, the 26th EurOMA Conference - Operations adding value to Society - takes place in Helsinki on the 17th - 19th of June. The conference is organised in collaboration with Hanken School of Economics, the HUMLOG Institute, and Aalto University. By working at the EurOMA 2019 Conference, you will gain experience of assisting in a variety of practical event arrangements. You will furthermore have the unique chance to meet interesting people in a truly international and inspirational setting.

Desired qualifications:

Very good knowledge of English (other language skills are considered an asset)

Flexibility regarding working hours

Information about the job:

When? 17th – 19th of June

Working hours: May vary up to 10 hours per day

Compensation: 13€ hourly pay

All selected applicants will further have an orientation session prior to the conference. During this session, you will get a thorough review of your tasks and well as get to know the colleagues you will be working with.
